Cancellation charges

Cancellation charges occur for any pre-booked activities for the reasons below:

  • Last-minute cancellations. Sessions must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the booking.
  • Non-attended bookings, i.e. entering through the turnstiles without scanning or not scanning your card at entry points.


To avoid cancellation charges, scan your card, even if the turnstile or door is open.


If you cannot scan your card, or your card is not working, please ask a staff member for assistance before you go in for the session.
