Current members with active (paid) subscriptions can add another Peak feature without having to cancel their entire membership.

All membership upgrade requests require a minimum of 10 days' notice before the next Direct Debit collection.

Downgrades can ONLY be actioned from the start of your next Direct Debit (1st or 15th).

Notice of your upgrade must be given by completing this form.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept upgrades over the phone.
